A clearer way to bring athlete information together, so the team could spend more time reviewing the performance and less time finding the data.

CHALLENGE
The information lived across spreadsheets, online sources, and a custom content system. Different stakeholders needed a consistent way to see what mattered to them.

APPROACH
I helped develop personas, UX documentation, wireframes, and a clickable prototype. I turned varied data sources into repeatable interface patterns and screens ready for production.

OUTCOME
A working prototype stakeholders could explore, discuss, and refine. The idea became something everyone could point to.
